Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MeetDrop ("MeetDrop", "we", "us") covering your use of the meetdrop.ai website, the MeetDrop application at app.meetdrop.ai, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

MeetDrop helps organizations capture leads, manage contacts and events, and send follow-ups. Access is by account; some areas, including our administration platform, are by invitation only.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in factors — email inbox, passkeys, and connected sign-in providers — secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you use MeetDrop on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" includes that organization and the users it invites.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only lawfully. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your outreach — including email and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR — and for having the right to contact the leads you store.
• Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, probing, scraping of other customers' data, sending spam, or interfering with the Service's operation.

Your content

The leads, contacts, and other content you store in MeetDrop belong to you. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, prices, and billing terms are as presented when you purchase. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for partial periods. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Ntegro Inc, doing business as MeetDrop; card statements show MEETDROP.AI.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Plan & billing inside the app, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew after that. An Event Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed window — it ends on its own and never renews.

Refunds and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email hello@meetdrop.ai within 30 days and a person will look at it. Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are refunded in full. When a refund is issued, it goes back to the card that paid, typically within 5–10 business days.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, or where required by law. Upon termination we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your content for a limited time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will post them here and revise the effective date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
