The PGA Show is trade only, for qualified golf and racquet sports professionals, and registration is checked against your role and business. Prices below are before tax. They rise on November 9, and the organizer says pricing varies by when you register, so check the page before you budget.

Connections Housing is the show's only approved housing vendor, and the official hotels will not honor direct reservations at the show rate. Book on its site or call 702-675-6579. Rooms at the group rate are limited and first come, first served, and the reservation discount deadline is December 1, 2026.
Connections does not charge an advance deposit. A block of 10 or more rooms goes through a separate request form, and no contract is required for exhibitor or group bookings.
The organizer warns about other companies that imply a link to the show; a booking made through anyone else is at your own risk.
The convention center says nearly 10,000 hotel rooms sit within walking distance, and connecting hotels have pedestrian bridges to the building. Complimentary shuttles run from select official hotels, and the shuttle details are still to come, so if you won't be walking, ask about the shuttle when you book.

The show is in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, at 9800 International Dr, which the center describes as minutes from Orlando International Airport. Lyft and Uber use three signed pick-up points on the campus.
If you are driving, the West Building lot is reached by Exhibit Drive, Convention Way, or West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard. Spaces are first come, first served, rates vary by vehicle and entry time, overnight parking is not allowed, and the center is cashless. You can prepay on its parking page.
Demo Day is somewhere else: Orange County National Golf Center, 7643 Avalon Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787. A dedicated shuttle runs from the convention center, and the organizer's reminder is to pick up your badge first, before you board. Free golf cart shuttles run around the range all day, and accessible parking is at the front near registration.
Wear supportive shoes and pack layers; the organizer notes temperatures vary between the range and the halls. Scooters and wheelchairs can be reserved through Scootaround at 1-888-441-7575; the show's accessibility page lists them at $70 and $25 a day.

The organizer puts the show at more than 1,150 brands within 1.1 million square feet of the convention center's West Building, and the 2026 edition was described as more than 10 miles of aisles. The official maps are not out yet; the organizer says they will come closer to show week.
The floor is organized into named areas:
Six show floor stages run daily programming, and education is in the West Hall E/F corridor meeting rooms.
At the 2026 edition the organizer counted more than 8,200 PGA of America, LPGA and international PGA professionals, and more than 1,300 VIP buyers representing 910 facilities and retailers. If you are walking it, filter the Exhibitor Directory by category first and plan by area, and keep your must-see meetings away from Friday, when the floor closes at 2:00 PM.

Booth prices are not on the organizer's public pages; you fill in the exhibit form or talk to a sales representative. Each booth includes five exhibitor badges per 100 square feet, and your company's key contact registers all booth staff. Being an admin on the Exhibitor Dashboard does not register you for a badge. Your Customer Success contact can also give you an invitation link that gets your qualified customers complimentary Exhibit Hall access.
This is a targeted show. The target floor plan in the Exhibitor Manual gives each booth the date and time its freight should reach the building, not the time you must start building. Freeman is the official contractor. Freight shipped to its warehouse reaches the floor first and counts as on target, while show-site freight unloads first come, first served. Carriers delivering to the show site must check in first at the marshalling yard, 10088 General Dr, with certified weight tickets.
The exhibit area is not carpeted, and every booth needs a floor covering. Electrical and other utilities must go in before your carpet does, so order them early. Overtime applies before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM on weekdays and any time on a weekend. Any booth not occupied by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26 is presumed abandoned. Badged exhibitors can get into the hall from 7:00 AM each morning.
The organizer does not make its attendee or exhibitor lists available to third parties, and it says offers to sell you an attendee list are not connected to the show. The manual also asks you to double-check every date below on the form itself.
The show's Emperia Lead Retrieval app is free and included in all exhibitor booth packages: staff scan the QR code on an attendee's badge and can add notes, and the leads download to your CRM. A scan gives you the contact details. It does not record what they asked you for unless someone in the booth types it in, and that is what the follow-up has to say.

The buyers you meet at PGA Show will meet dozens of other booths. The one whose email arrives first, with what they asked for, gets the reply. This is what that looks like in MeetDrop. The rest of the app is on one page.

Good to meet you at the booth this morning. Pricing on the spring polos at 12 dozen is attached.
I've put samples aside. Where should they ship so they land before your March 5 buy closes?

Fast, and with what each buyer asked for. The show's own lead guide says within a week; the same day is better. A badge scan gives you contact details, not the pricing or the samples you promised. MeetDrop writes the email from one sentence you say after the visitor walks away, and it waits for your OK before it goes.
