Sunday, January 24 — 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
The gown sale opens at 10:00 AM and the hall at 10:30. The expert panel is at 1:00 PM and the fashion show at 1:30 PM. Vendors move out from 4:00 to 9:00 PM.
Tickets are $20 per person online, plus tax and fees, and children 12 and under get in free. One ticket is good for entry on either day. Tickets cannot be refunded, but you can pass yours to another guest.
Discount codes come from the show's vendors and from its Wedding Discount Club, and the discount applies to each ticket in the order.
The Sheraton Grand Seattle, next door to the Seattle Convention Center, has a show rate of $179 a night plus taxes and fees, for one king or two doubles. The group rate expires on January 7, 2027; book online through the show's room block link, or call 206-621-9000 and ask for the "Seattle Wedding Show 2027 Room Block".

The show is in the Seattle Convention Center's Arch building, 705 Pike Street, on the 4th floor. The exhibition hall, the gown sale area and the skybridges are all on show-day hours, with an espresso cart and the Northwest Market Deli open both days.
The exhibition hall holds the local and regional vendors, from the venue and music to the flowers and the cake. The gown sale area, with its own beverage bar, opens half an hour before the hall each day, and the skybridges open with it. Fashion shows and the expert panel happen on the stage.
The organizer publishes the floor plan as a PDF, and vendors choose their own booth location.
The Seattle Wedding Show is locally owned and has run for more than 35 years. The organizer counts 5,000-plus attendees representing over 2,000 weddings. The booth price includes electrical, Wi-Fi, a table, a chair, booth drape and the monthly Wedding Discount Club lead list, and you choose your own booth location. Online advertising starts at $200 if you are not ready to exhibit.
Move-out starts when the show closes on Sunday. No freight except small hand-carried boxes goes out through the glass lobby doors: use the loading dock (with a dock pass from the Dockmaster), the hand-carried freight elevator to the parking garage, or the Pike Street service entrance.
The Discount Club list tells you who signed up. It does not tell you which couples stopped at your booth or what date they are planning, which is what your follow-up has to say.
