You tap the microphone and describe who you just met, in ordinary sentences. MeetDrop pulls the name, company, email and interests out of what you said and drafts a follow-up from it. You can add a photo of the two of you, or a picture of their business card, which is read for the contact details. There is nothing to type.
What to say
Talk the way you would to a colleague afterwards: who they were, where they work, what they wanted, what you promised. Full sentences are easier for the extraction than a list of keywords, and they are easier for you at a noisy booth.
The interests matter as much as the contact details. They are what makes the follow-up sound like it came from the conversation rather than from a template.
What comes back
If the card and the voice note disagree
The card wins. It was read off the person's own printing; the note came through a speech recogniser that mishears names. Any field the card fills overrides what was said, and the app labels it so you can see which is which.
Your own edit outranks both. See how the card is read.
Try it on yourself. Describe yourself out loud and see the follow-up you would receive.
