Visitor registration for 2027 is not open yet. For now the organizer offers a form that tells you when it opens. It has not said what a 2027 ticket costs. Its travel page still has a "Get your free ticket" link, but that goes to the 2026 visitor form, so don't count on it for 2027.

The official hotel partner is onPeak, which the organizer says covers hotels near the convention center and across the greater Miami region. Its hotels page has separate booking links for attendees and exhibitors, and onPeak's support address is hotelsupport@onpeaksupport.com.
The organizer's pages don't print hotel names, 2027 rates or a booking cutoff, so check those on the booking site before you book.
The organizer points to hotels across the whole region and says Miami's attractions are spread around the city. If your days will be on the show floor, compare the distance to 1901 Convention Center Drive before you compare prices.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is at 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The organizer describes Miami International Airport as a ten-minute drive from downtown; that is not the same as the drive to Miami Beach, so check it for your arrival time.

The travel page lists discount codes for Air Canada, United, Southwest, Delta and Avis. They are not dated for 2027, and the Air Canada code differs from the one in the 2026 planner, so confirm a code still works before you rely on it.

The 2027 floor plan is not out. The organizer groups exhibitors into nine product sectors: medical equipment and devices; imaging; pharma and nutrition; laboratory; disposables and consumer goods; IT systems and solutions; healthcare infrastructure and assets; orthopaedic and physiotherapy; and healthcare and general services.
In 2026 the plan had a New Exhibitor Zone, a Healthcare Services area, the VIP Connections Lounge, an Innovation and Technology Zone with the Future X Stage, and a Charity Zone. There were country pavilions for the USA, Argentina, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, China, Taiwan, Peru, Brazil, the UK, South Korea, India, Pakistan and Turkey. If you are sourcing from one country, its pavilion is a good place to start, but check that it is on the 2027 plan first.
The 2026 exhibitor list included American Diagnostic Corporation, Amsino International, Brownmed and Careismatic Brands. The WHX Events app was the 2026 tool for finding exhibitors, building an agenda and setting meetings; the matchmaking in it is free and open to attendees, exhibitors and delegates.

The organizer is taking booth applications for 2027 through its online form. It does not print booth prices; its sales brochure sits behind a separate form. The application asks for a stand size band, from 9 to 21 square meters up to 100-plus, and also lets you say you want to join a country pavilion.
The organizer's Better Stands initiative is moving the show away from single-use booths, grading reusable builds as Bronze, Silver or Gold. Ask about it before you commission a custom booth.
Move-in times, the exhibitor manual and the service contractors for 2027 are not out, and the Exhibitor Resource Center still carries 2026 promotional assets. The organizer also warns that it never sells or provides attendee data, and that anyone claiming to sell or have access to attendee information should be treated as fraudulent. Keep that in mind when "attendee list" emails arrive.
