Yes. Every plan can export all leads to CSV, at any time, from Settings — including the free one. The export carries every field on the lead, not a trimmed version, and it imports into any CRM or spreadsheet. Salesforce and HubSpot sync are live on Pro as well; the export is what every plan gets.
What is in the file
Every field on the lead: the contact details, the role, the interests picked out of the conversation, the event it came from, and the follow-up that was sent. A lead you exported should be readable by someone who was not at the show.
Leads brought in as a list keep their original columns too, so nothing you uploaded is quietly dropped on the way out. On Pro the same leads also push into your own Salesforce org or HubSpot account as they come in.
Why this is a promise and not a feature
An export that only exists on the paid tiers is a lock, whatever it is called on the pricing page. Your leads are people you met, and a tool that makes them hard to take elsewhere has stopped being a tool.
So the export is on every plan including Free, it is not rate limited, and it is not a support request.
