Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive are live on Pro, and so are webhooks. In Salesforce a captured lead becomes a Lead record in your own org and stays in step as it progresses; your administrator connects it with an app created inside your org, so nobody outside your company gets access. In HubSpot it becomes a contact, in Pipedrive a person linked to their organisation with the conversation as a note — and in both, someone you already have is updated rather than duplicated. CSV export works on every plan. Zoho is planned.
How the Salesforce connection is set up
Salesforce no longer lets one vendor register a single app that every org authorises against, so MeetDrop does not have one. Instead your own administrator creates an External Client App inside your org, sets its distribution to Local so it never leaves your company, and gives you two values to paste in.
That sounds like more work and is actually the better arrangement: the credentials are yours, the app is yours, and you can revoke it from your own Setup without asking us.
What actually crosses
- A Lead record per captured lead, with the contact details and the conversation behind them.
- Lead Source, so you can tell at a glance which pipeline came from a show.
- Your own field mapping — anything your Lead object requires, filled from what MeetDrop holds or from a fixed value you choose.
- One way. MeetDrop pushes into Salesforce; it does not read your pipeline back out.
Everything else
CSV export is live on every plan including the free one — every field, any time, and it imports into any CRM that takes a file.
Webhooks are live too: every captured lead posted to a URL you choose, as JSON. Slack is live on Pro too: the leads worth interrupting people for, posted in a channel as they happen. Zoho, Google Sheets, Zapier and Mailchimp are planned and not connected yet. The Integrations page carries the state of every one, and we would rather say so there than have you find out at a show.
Salesforce and HubSpot sync are part of Pro. Start free to see the capture and the writing first — that is what everything else sits on.
