Can I import a list of leads after a show?

The answer, first

Yes, on Pro and Team. Drop in the organiser's attendee list or a badge-scanner export and MeetDrop reads the columns, decides for each row whether it is new, matches someone you already have, or must not be contacted, and then writes follow-ups for the ones that are genuinely new. Emails leave at a deliberate pace rather than all at once.

The four decisions it makes on every row

1
Add. No email to match on, or an email nobody in your account has. A new lead.
2
Merge. Same person you captured at the booth. The list's note is added to that lead. Nothing you said about them is overwritten, and they don't get a second email.
3
Ask. Someone who has already replied to you. Restarting that conversation is your call, not the importer's, so it stops and asks.
4
Block. Someone who unsubscribed, or whose address bounced. Never re-added and never emailed — but always said out loud, so you know the row was there.

Why it is paced rather than instant

Two hundred emails leaving one domain in ninety seconds is what a spam filter is built to catch, and the damage lands on your domain rather than ours. So the queue has a floor between sends and runs at a steady rate.

In practice a show's worth of list goes out over the afternoon instead of the minute, which is also closer to how a person would have done it.

What a list cannot give you

An attendee list has names and companies and no conversations. The follow-ups written from it are necessarily more generic than the ones written from a capture, and they should be — pretending to remember a conversation you did not have is worse than not claiming one.

Use the list for the people you did not get to. Use capture for the ones you actually met.

Importing a list is a Pro feature. Start free and try the capture side first.
