How do I put my pricing or booking link in follow-ups?

The answer, first

Save it once, in Settings › About › Your links: a label, what it is for (pricing, booking a meeting), the words people click, and the address. From then on, when a conversation calls for it, the follow-up carries the link itself instead of promising to send it later. The address hides behind the words, so the email reads "here is our Pricing" rather than a long URL.

Saving a link

1
Open Settings, then About, and find Your links.
2
Give it a label, and say what it is for: pricing, booking a meeting, a brochure.
3
Type the wording: the words in the email that people click. The address hides behind them.
4
Paste the address and press Add link. Follow-ups can use it straight away.

Why the follow-up should carry it

"I'll send you our pricing" is a promise that has to be kept by hand, later, for every person you said it to. The link in the first email keeps it for you, and the person who asked gets what they asked for while they still remember asking.
