How does MeetDrop know what my company sells?

The answer, first

It reads your company website. When you sign up with your work email, MeetDrop takes your company's site from the address and asks you to confirm it during set-up. It reads the site to fill in what you sell and who a good lead looks like, and shows you what it read in Settings › About, where you can change anything. It never pastes your site into an email.

From your work email to your website

1
Sign up with your work email. MeetDrop takes your company's site from the address.
2
Set-up asks: is this your company website? Check it, and change it if it is wrong; a shared or personal email domain has no site to read.
3
It reads the site to fill in what you sell and who a good lead looks like.
4
You see what it read in Settings › About. Change anything that is wrong.

What it uses that for

What you sell lets each follow-up connect the conversation to your product without you explaining it every time. Who a good lead looks like is what leads are scored against. How leads are scored.

It never pastes your website into an email. The words in each draft come from the conversation you had.
