Every lead keeps what you said about it, the emails that went out, and anything that came back. On top of that there is a recap per show — how many you captured, how many were emailed, how many replied — so you can tell a show that was worth the booth fee from one that was not. On Pro you also see how they scored.
The question worth answering
Most exhibitors cannot say what a show produced. They know the booth cost and they have a spreadsheet, and the connection between the two is a feeling by the following month.
A recap per show is the smallest honest answer to that: leads captured, emails sent, replies back, against a booth cost you can enter. It will not tell you revenue, because we do not know your revenue.
What you get per lead
- What you said about them at the booth, in your own words.
- Every email sent, with what it said and when it went.
- Whether they replied, and whether an out-of-office held the sequence.
- The card and the photo, if you added them.
- Their score against your ideal client, on Pro and Team.
And on a team
A team sees the same per rep: who captured what, and which shows each person worked. Leads stay in a shared pool with a named owner, and a lead can be handed to someone else without losing what was already said or sent.
