Every conference ends the same way: a pocket full of business cards and a week of good intentions. MeetDrop closes that gap before you reach the parking lot.
There are 10 Manufacturing shows in the United States in the next six months. The largest is MD&M West, with 1,800 exhibitors. The soonest is FABTECH in Orlando, NV on October 21 – 23, 2026.
Exhibiting at a manufacturing trade show
Manufacturing shows are where the people who run plants — engineers, operations and purchasing — come to see machines, automation, materials and the suppliers behind them. Most are built around one part of making things: machining, fabricating and welding, automation, packaging, or material handling.
Chicago sets the scale. IMTS drew 91,295 registrants and 1,788 exhibiting companies in September 2026 and calls itself the largest manufacturing trade show in the Western Hemisphere; the next edition is September 2028. FABTECH, the metal forming, fabricating and welding show, had more than 1,700 exhibitors in 2025 and comes to Las Vegas on October 21–23, 2026. ProMat, for material handling, had 1,160 exhibitors in 2025.
